Do you find development fun? As a Senior Computer Engineering student at UMass Amherst, I've done many projects both for myself and multiple companies. This website serves as a hub for me to document and share my ongoing experiences developing them, as well as providing insights into the concepts and skills I've acquired throughout their creation. I highly encourage you to browse through the entire website. It really is a great time, and be sure to click on any underlined text if you want to learn more.
During my time at Niagara Bottling, I made a Computer Vision Model that was trained using machine learning on a dataset that I personally annotated
The software can detect a pallet of water bottles, the cases that make it up, and all the relevant data, such as labels, brands, sizes, etc.
This is a more sophisticated model that doesn't rely on boxes and can detect the shapes of the individual cases alongside the overall pallet of bottles.
Optimized Python code to add the functionality of detecting QR codes, barcodes, and label text to the OAK Camera hardware in the plants. This is then compared between the separate sources to make sure that the data was correctly observed.
Utilized the Google Cloud Vision API to find ingredients from a video stream and match them to a recipe in an XML file.
Developed a website using HTML and CSS that takes the aforementioned information and displays it to an end user.
Designed a user interface that effectively communicates how much of each ingredient needs to be added at any moment, and displays a pop-up whenever an excess amount or an unnecessary ingredient is detected.
An iOS/Android Application and website as a platform for club management and organization.
Employs the core location, mailing, and other local features available on the device to allow for various additional features like notifying and planning events for club members.
A shirt that is incorporated with geospatial tracking technology which allows it to detect when a person has a bad posture and inform them.
This is a helpful tool because it could heavily delay or even prevent lower back pain from appearing altogether.
An AI-based game engine using integrations with Open AI Framework and GODOT game engine.
The ChatGPT API interacts with the game engine, allowing the user to ask the AI to modify the game's code directly and even calls upon the Dall-E API to develop art concepts for the game.
An electronics service that modifies and repairs devices for commercial reselling, allowing them to be reutilized.
Restored and replaced the components along with restoring any worn-out parts for new ones, breathing new life into the devices.
